What can I say?
Well, I’ve been happily married to Stuart for almost a quarter of a century.
If you have read Stuart’s profile you will realise that its basically been 25 years of living with ‘the paparazzi’.
In fact, if he could have arranged it, he would have taken our own wedding day photographs. I’m already concerned about what will happen when our own daughter meets the love of her life.
Leaving that future conundrum to one side, I think we work really well as a team – I boss him around and he does what I say! 😉
Generally it will be myself photographing the bride-to-be before the ceremony. I try to be as discreet as I can whilst capturing the fun of the moment and all the important details that make your day unique to you.
Then, depending on the couple and their requirements, I will focus on taking some of the more spontaneous, journalistic images of the day.
I cannot absolutely promise not to shed a tear during the ‘I dos’, but thankfully for me, I have a nice big camera to hide behind.
…and waterproof mascara!
